Please note that all murals are created entirely by hand using spray paint and minor overspray may occasionally occur.
Due to the nature of spray paint our available colour range is limited. As a result the colours in the final mural may vary slightly from digital mock ups or hand drawn designs. We always strive to match colours as closely as physically possible.
In rare instances specific spray paint colours or materials may become temporarily unavailable. If additional materials need to be ordered this may result in an extra charge separate from the original quote. Any such costs will be discussed with you before we proceed.
As we operate 24/7 there may be situations where access to a power supply on site is required for lighting or additional equipment.
We take care to prepare and cover the area prior to painting. We kindly request that all furniture and personal items be moved away from the workspace in advance. If we arrive and need to move items ourselves an additional charge may be applied.
If you need to reschedule we require a minimum of 14 days notice. Changes or cancellations made after this period will result in the loss of your deposit.

Yes it is important that you:
Remove as much furniture and personal items as possible.
Remove all wallpaper and lightly sand down to remove glue residue.
Screw holes or wall damage to be removed and filled.
If base coating is required emulsion with matte paint for interior or masonry matte paint for exterior . (We can base coat at an extra cost).
We take care of floor covering, dust sheeting and taping off to ensure no over spray or spillages occur.

Yes, domestic projects: 6 months accidental damage cover
Commercial projects: 3 months accidental damage cover

Domestic murals: Designed to last indefinitely provided the wall does not sustain physical damage.
Commercial murals: Extremely long lasting due to the high quality spray paint used. For added durability all commercial murals include an additional protective lacquer coating.

No, however we do require a minimum of 14 days notice for any date changes.

Yes, we cover the entire UK. Please note that locations outside our 50 mile radius may incur an additional travel fee.

No, for example if a mural is started at 10:00am and completed by 03:00pm any smell will typically dissipate by the end of the same day.

We operate 24/7 to accommodate both domestic and commercial clients.

Timelines vary depending on the design, preparation requirements and project size. We will discuss and agree on a timeframe that works for you.

Yes, lightly sanding the interior mural area will create a smooth surface making it easy to paint over. As for exterior murals this requires a masonry paint for best results.

No, the design deposit is non-refundable. Each design requires a minimum of two hours of work and our time is limited. For this reason the deposit covers the time spent on the design process even if you decide not to proceed or are unhappy with the final concept.
